MERGI STD FLEX (Standard Fuel Treatment FLEX) is an organic combustion catalyst and soot dispersant intendent for dual use with all types of HFO and MGO. MERGI BFT

MERGI BFT (Bio Fuel Treatment) is an organic combustion catalyst and fuel conditioner, specially designed to treat marine fuel with biofuel additives or pure biofuels. MERGI BFT composition is directed to minimize typical problems of biofuels, especially poor oxidation stability, engine fouling, poor clod ow properties and miscibility. It will also reduce ID (ignition delay) and improve ROHR (Rate-of-Heat-Release), which are impaired by biofuel additives.

MERGI LFT

MERGI LFT (Lubricity Fuel Treatment) is an organic lubricity agent and corrosion inhibitor for low sulfur residual and distilled fuels. It restores uidiy and lubrication chaacteristics, replenishing sulfur reduction. Can be safely blended with all fuels and has excellent solubility characteristics. Compatible with all MERGI products, for combined use.

  • 100% organic, ashless and metal-free.
  • Can be used in all kinds of residual and distillate fuels
  • Fully supplements lubricity loss, caused by sulfur limitation.
  • Prevents damage to fuel pumps and injectors.
  • Prevents stratication of dry fuel fractions.
  • Prevents corrosion on fuel injectors components (especially on injectors pintles).
  • Classied as Non-Hazardous, no transport restrictions, including air transport.
  • Available worldwide in 25-liter containers.
  • Recommended ratio: 1 liter per 15 metric tons of fuel.

MERGI DS

MERGI Dosing System accelerates mixing of the chemicals in fuel and improves emission reduction effectiveness. It is recommended for residual fuels with MERGI PFT and MERGI STD FLEX.
